Todd F. Orchard, M.D.

These are two of the most common statements Todd F. Orchard, M.D., hears from people considering plastic surgery.  Selecting the right plastic surgeon will allow you to achieve your new look and the personal confidence that comes with it.  This surgeon should be well trained, talented, compassionate, experienced, and understanding.  Dr. Orchard is all of these things.  

After obtaining his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of North Dakota, Dr. Orchard completed a general surgery residency and plastic surgery residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He obtained his general surgery board certification and is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery – the only board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties to certify plastic surgeons. Dr. Orchard recently demonstrated his ongoing competence and knowledge with recertification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  
 
Dr. Orchard is one of the few surgeons in the state of Nebraska certified by the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.   Certification by this society demonstrates the added experience, education and skill of its members.  
 
Dr. Orchard has also been recognized by his fellow surgeons, who selected him for a four-year term as Chief of Surgery at St. Elizabeth Regional Medical Center. He was also President of the Nebraska Society of Plastic Surgery for two years.
 
Though he primarily concentrates on cosmetic surgery, Dr. Orchard also uses his plastic surgery expertise as a member of the Lincoln Cleft Lip and Palate clinic for children born with this birth defect.   He is also very active providing breast reconstruction for women stricken with breast cancer.
